Deckbrave® is pleased to offer FREE RETURNS and a 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE on all orders returned within 30 DAYS from original date of purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with the product you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price. We will even pay for the return shipment. 

All Deckbrave® products receive a 100% QC inspection during the manufacturing process. Furthermore, all materials and components have been rigorously tested and approved . You can rest assured your Deckbrave® products are durable and safe, but if you should wish to return your order, please understand:

• Unused Product - Try it on for fit and feel, if you do not like it, you can return it
• Original Packaging - Please keep all tag hangs and labels on the product until you know its right for you
• Refund - Issued to original form of payment and for total purchase price of the product

Order returned after 30 Days

• 15% Restocking Fee - If you return the order later than 30 days after the purchase date, 15% of the purchase price will be withheld for restocking maintenance and service handling
• Unused Product - The product must be in an unused condition

1 Year Conditional Guarantee

• Manufacturer's Defects - If your product is determined defective, we will refund or replace it for a 1 year period from original date of purchase.
• Normal Wear & Tear - No replacement or refund is offered for normal wear and tear or prolonged use.
